Clever Consult Helps Elite Professional Athlete Get All Charges Dropped

Yet another time the Clever Consult team secured dismissal of Anti-Doping Rule Violation (ADRV) charges brought against an athlete by RUSADA.    

Following the provisions of Article 17.3 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules we do not disclose any information related to the athlete’s identity, nor do we specify which sports the athlete is engaged in.  

In this particular case the Clever Consult specialists had to examine, process and cross-reference a vast amount of data and subsequently develop a legal position with due consideration to WADA regulations to convincingly present it at the hearing and ensure that the RUSADA Disciplinary Anti-Doping Commission considering the case under Article 4.4 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules would decide to drop the charges against the athlete by ruling the registration of the allegedly missed test to be unsubstantiated.  Clever Consult congratulates the athlete on the successful resolution of the case and extends wishes for further success in sports!
