European Swimming Champion Gets Help from Clever Consult to Ensure Participation in Paris Paralympics

In June 2024,the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) notified Egor Kuzmin of their preliminary decision suggesting his ineligibility for the Paralympics due to an alleged non-compliance with the established IPC criteria.

At times, an explanation is offered as a mere formality, with the actual decision having been made beforehand. This particular case raised similar concerns. Even so, our legal team have worked to the best of their abilities. In the contest with a foreign company contracted by the IPC, Clever Consult prevailed.
